Creamy and refreshing frozen yogurt with natural honey and toasted walnuts. No sugar, no condensed milk, and no ice cream maker required – a guilt-free summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter 1 Heavy Cream (35%)

  • 400 g 400 Greek Yogurt

  • 350 g 350 Honey

  • 1 tsp 1 Vanilla Extract (or 2 vanilla capsules)

  • 200 g 200 Walnuts

  • Extra Honey for topping

How to make Frozen Yogurt

  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey until smooth. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream into stiff peaks.
  • Fold half of the yogurt mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula.
  • Add the vanilla and gently fold it in.
  • Add the remaining yogurt mixture and fold until fully combined.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Toast walnuts in an air fryer for 5 minutes or bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
  • Crush the walnuts by hand into small pieces.
  • Layer half the yogurt mix in a freezer-safe container. Top with honey and walnuts.
  • Add the remaining yogurt mix on top and repeat the honey and walnut topping.
  • Swirl lightly with a spatula or skewer.
  • Cover with plastic wrap without touching the surface and freeze for at least 5–6 hours.
  • Before serving, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
