  • 1000 ml 4 cup Non-dairy Whipping Cream

  • 397 g 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)

  • 400 g 14 oz Light Evaporated Milk

  • 3 3 Vanillin Capsules

  • 150 g 5 oz Chocolate Flakes

  • 300 g 10.5 oz Dark or Milk Chocolate

  • 1 pinch 1 pinch Salt

How to make Stracciatella Ice Cream

  • In a large bowl, whip the cream using a mixer until fluffy.
  • Add the vanilla and salt and continue mixing.
  • Add the condensed milk and mix until incorporated.
  • Add the evaporated milk and mix again.
  • Fold in the chocolate flakes using a spatula.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 1โ€“2 hours so it thickens slightly.
  • Melted Chocolate Layers
  • Melt the chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie).
  • In your storage container, alternate layers of ice cream mixture and melted chocolate.
  • Cover with a lid and freeze until fully set.
