minutesThis no-churn yogurt ice cream dessert is made with just 3 ingredients and topped with luscious sour cherry spoon sweet. Creamy, fruity, and super easy to make—perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients
1 kg 35 oz Greek Yogurt, full fat
1 can 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (397g – 14 oz)
500 g 17 2/3 oz Plain Tea Biscuits
70 g 2.5 oz Strawberry Syrup
1 jar 1 jar Sour Cherry Spoon Sweet (for topping) (500 g – 17.6 oz)
How to make the Frozen Yogurt Dessert
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and strawberry syrup. Mix gently with a spatula until smooth and well incorporated.
- Break the tea biscuits by hand into chunky pieces and add them to the yogurt mixture. Fold in gently with the spatula to distribute evenly.
- Line the inside of a springform pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly.
- Freeze for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, drain the sour cherry spoon sweet and spoon the fruit evenly over the top of the frozen dessert.
