Create your own creamy and delicious tahini at home with just two simple ingredients: sesame seeds and sunflower oil. Perfect for dips, dressings, and more!

Ingredients

  • 600 g 21.2 oz Sesame Seeds, roasted

  • 30 g 1.1 oz Sunflower Oil

Recipe directions

  • Add the roasted sesame seeds to a bowl and blend them using an immersion blender until smooth.
  • Gradually add sunflower oil while continuing to blend.
  • Transfer the tahini to a food processor and process for a few seconds to achieve a creamy consistency.
