Ingredients

  • 450 g 16 oz Biscuits (of your choice)

  • 125 g 4.5 oz Butter, melted

  • 650 g 23 oz Hazelnut Spread

  • 1 pinch 1 pinch Salt

  • 50 g 1.75 oz Liquer (of your choice)

  • Chocolate Sprinkles for decoration

How to make Chocolate Truffles

  • Crush the biscuits: Place the biscuits in a food processor or a resealable bag and crush them into fine crumbs.
  • Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, melted butter, hazelnut spread, salt, and liqueur. Knead the mixture well until you get a soft, non-sticky dough.
  • Chill the dough: Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes to firm it up, making it easier to shape.
  • Shape the truffles: Form small balls weighing about 25-30 g each, then roll them in chocolate sprinkles to coat them evenly.
  • Serve: Place the truffles on a serving plate or in paper liners, and store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
