Why These Beef Patties Stay So Juicy

The combination of soaked bread, purรฉed onion, and olive oil ensures the patties remain moist throughout baking. Unlike pan-frying, oven baking allows the meat to cook evenly without drying out, while the juices drip into the potatoes below, enhancing their flavor.

Classic Greek Lemon Potatoes

Greek lemon potatoes are known for their soft interior and lightly crisp edges. Baking them slowly in water, olive oil, and lemon juice creates a sauce that thickens naturally and coats every bite. As the beef patties cook, their juices mingle with the lemony sauce, creating irresistible depth.

Perfect for Family Meals

This is a one-pan oven dinner, ideal for busy weeknights or relaxed weekend cooking. It reheats beautifully and is a popular choice for meal prep.
