  • For the Sauce
  • 150 g 2/3 cup Tomato Juice

  • 100 g 1/2 cup Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Thyme

  • For the Pizza
  • 20 slices 20 slices Sandwich Bread (crusts removed)

  • 400 g 14 oz Melting cheese (shredded)

  • 250 g 9 oz Ham

  • 2 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped

  • 2 2 Peppers, chopped

  • 150 g 5 oz Bacon

How to make Toast Bread Pizza

  • In a bowl, mix the tomato juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
  • Arrange the bread slices tightly in the tray.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the bread.
  • Add half of the shredded cheese (200 g / 1¾ cups).
  • Add the chopped ham, tomatoes, and peppers.
  • Top with the remaining cheese.
  • Add the chopped bacon on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F (conventional heat) for 20 minutes.
