  • 2 2 Eggs

  • 500 g 2 cup Whole Milk

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Sugar

  • 180 g 1 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour

  • 50 g 3 1/2 tbsp Butter, softened

How to make Crepes

  • In a bowl, add the milk, eggs, butter, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the flour and whisk until the batter becomes smooth.
  • Heat a nonstick pan over low heat and lightly grease it with olive oil.
  • Pour one ladle of batter into the pan.
  • Tilt the pan so the batter spreads evenly across the surface.
  • Once small bubbles appear, flip the crepe and cook for another 2โ€“3 minutes.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
