  • 750 g 3 3/4 cup Sugar

  • 250 g 1 cup Butter

  • 500 g 2 cup Heavy Cream

How to make Caramel Sauce

  • Place a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add sugar gradually, stirring until it melts completely and turns golden.
  • Add the butter and stir continuously until fully melted.
  • Slowly pour in the cream in small amounts, stirring constantly until incorporated.
  • Bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.
  • Transfer to a bowl to cool slightly.
  • For a lighter-colored caramel, beat with a mixer for 2 minutes, rest 5 minutes, and repeat twice.
  • Pour into sterilized jars. Store in the refrigerator for 3–4 months.
