These Cookies Are the Easiest Version You’ll Ever Try

No mixer. No ammonia. No stress.

And yet, the result is exactly what you want: soft, fragrant Easter cookies with a beautiful golden finish.

This is the kind of recipe that feels almost too easy—but delivers perfect results every time. You mix, shape, bake… and suddenly your kitchen smells like Easter.

Why These Cookies Stay Soft and Don’t Dry Out

The balance of milk, butter, and eggs creates a dough that stays:

  • soft inside
  • lightly crisp outside
  • stable for days

Unlike more traditional recipes that can turn dry, this version keeps a tender texture even after cooling.

Just be careful not to overbake-once they turn golden, they’re ready.

The Secret Behind That Classic Easter Aroma

That nostalgic smell comes from a simple but powerful combination:

  • orange zest
  • vanilla
  • butter

Even without ammonia, you still get that authentic Greek Easter flavor that fills the entire house while baking.

When to Make These Easter Cookies

These cookies are perfect for:

  • Easter celebrations
  • family baking
  • gifting
  • everyday sweet snacks

They’re easy, reliable, and always loved.
