Easy sugar-free chocolate cake made with bananas, cocoa, and chocolate. Moist, rich, and naturally sweetened with only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 4 Ripe Bananas (800 g / 28 oz)

  • 200 g 7 oz Dark or Milk Chocolate

  • 6 6 Medium Eggs

  • 15 g 1 tbsp Baking Powder

  • 90 g 1 cup Cocoa Powder

How to make Sugar Free Chocolate Cake

  • Finely chop the chocolate and place it in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  • Peel and mash the bananas with a fork.
  • Add the mashed bananas to the eggs and mix.
  • Sift the cocoa powder into the bowl and add the baking powder. Mix well.
  • Line a 20ร—30 cm (8ร—12 inch) baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Pour in 2/3 of the batter and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle over half of the chopped chocolate.
  • Add the remaining batter on top.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180ยฐC / 350ยฐF (conventional heat) for 40 minutes.
