  • For the Salad
  • 250 g 9 oz Aragula

  • 100 g 3 1/2 oz Croutons

  • 10 10 Cherry Tomatoes, halved

  • 100 g 3 1/2 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved

  • For the Balsamic Honey Vinaigrette
  • 100 g 7 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 50 g 3 1/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp Honey

How to make Arugula Salad with Parmesan

  • Wash the arugula and cherry tomatoes thoroughly and allow them to drain well.
  • Place the arugula in a large salad bowl.
  • Add the croutons and the halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Using a vegetable peeler or a sharp knife, shave the Parmesan into thin flakes and scatter it over the salad.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey until fully combined.
  • Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving.
  • Toss gently and serve immediately.
