  • 1 kg All-Purpose Flour

  • 20 g Sugar

  • 20 g Salt

  • 20 g Dry Yeast

  • 40 g Seed Oil

  • 650 g Water, lukewarm

  • 1 Egg

  • Sesame Seeds

Recipe directions

  • In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast and mix a little.
  • Add the vegetable oil, lukewarm water, and knead.
  • Cover the bowl with a towel and set aside for the dough to rise.
  • Transfer the dough onto our floured countertop. Divide the dough into pieces of 80-100 grams each.
  • Shape each piece of dough into a round ball. Dust them with flour and let them rest for 20 minutes to rise.
  • In a bowl, beat one egg with two tablespoons of water. Brush the buns with the mixture using a brush. Sprinkle the buns with some sesame seeds.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (355 F) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
