  • 500 g All-Purpose Flour

  • 270 g Water

  • 30 g Olive Oil

  • 7 g Salt

Recipe directions

  • In a large bowl, add warm water, olive oil, salt, and flour. Mix and knead for 4-5 minutes.
  • Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Flour your countertop. Take a piece of dough and roll it out to a thickness of 2 millimeters.
  • Cut the dough into round shapes using a round utensil.
  • Cook the pitas on both sides for a total of about 4-5 minutes each, using a crepe maker or a non-stick pan over very low heat.
  • After each pita is cooked, cover them with a towel to keep them soft.
