Ingredients

  • 3-5 3-5 Eggs (depending on size)

  • 5 5 Small Sausages

  • 150 g 5.3 oz Bacon (or ham)

  • 150 g 5.3 oz Melting Cheese (grated)

  • 1/4 bunch 1/4 bunch Parsley

  • 20 g 0.7 oz Water

  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Olive Oil

  • Salt, Pepper, Smoked Paprika (to taste)

How to make the Omelette

  • In a bowl, add the eggs, a little water, a pinch of salt, and paprika, and beat them.
  • In a pan, add a little oil and place it over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced sausages and bacon cut into small pieces, and sauté them.
  • Then, pour the egg mixture into the pan and lower the heat to low.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese and a little pepper on top.
  • Wait a bit until it is well fried on one side. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the omelette.
  • Flip the omelette and let it fry on the other side as well.
