Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: Can I use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate?

Yes! Using dark chocolate will give the praline a more intense, slightly bitter flavor and lower the overall sweetness.

Q2: How long does homemade praline last?

Stored in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator, it stays fresh for up to 1 month.

Q3: Can I make it dairy-free?

Yes — use plant-based cream, vegan butter, and dairy-free chocolate for a fully vegan praline.

Q4: My praline thickened too much in the fridge — what do I do?

Simply warm it slightly in a bain-marie or microwave for a few seconds and stir until smooth.
