Ingredients

  • 100 g 1/2 cup Olive oil

  • 100 g 1/2 cup Seed oil

  • 200 g 6/7 cup Water

  • 700 g 25 oz Soft cheese

  • 500 g 4 cup All purpose flour

  • 5 g 1 tsp Dry oregano

  • 8 g 1 1/2 tsp Salt

  • Pepper

  • 15 g 1 tbsp Vinegar

  • 2 tsp 2 tsp Baking powder

How to make Cheese Breadsticks

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, dried oregano.
  • Add the water, olive oil, sunflower oil, vinegar, and 350 g of the cheese.
  • Mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the dough and roll it out again using a rolling pin.
  • Cut the dough into strips.
  • Place the breadsticks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180ยฐC / 350ยฐF for 20โ€“25 minutes until golden.
