Ingredients

  • 100 g 3 1/2 oz Olive oil

  • 100 g 3 1/2 oz Seed oil

  • 200 g 6 3/4 fl oz Water

  • 700 g 25 oz Soft cheese

  • 500 g 17 1/2 oz All purpose flour

  • 5 g 0.2 oz Dry oregano

  • 8 g 0.3 oz Salt

  • Pepper

  • 15 g 1/2 oz Vinegar

  • 2 tsp 2 tsp Baking powder

Recipe directions

  • In a big bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt, dry oregano, pepper, water, olive oil, seed oil, vinegar, half of the cheese and mix until dough.
  • Roll out the dough.
  • Spread some cheese on the dough and roll out using a rolling pin.
  • Cut into strips and put in a big pan with parchment paper.
  • Preheat the oven at 390 F (200 C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
