  • 350 g Milk, lukewarm

  • 300 g Water, lukewarm

  • 40 g Seed Oil

  • 50 g Fresh Yeast

  • 30 g Sugar

  • 15 g Salt

  • 1 kg All-Purpose Flour

Recipe directions

  • In the mixer bowl, combine sugar, yeast, and lukewarm milk. Stir lightly and let it sit for a few minutes.
  • Sprinkle the flour on top without stirring. Allow it to rest for a few minutes to activate the yeast.
  • Add lukewarm water, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix for 2-3 minutes in the mixer or knead for 5 minutes by hand.
  • Grease a large bowl with some vegetable oil and transfer the dough inside. Let it rest for 40-50 minutes to rise.
  • Transfer the dough to a floured countertop. Knead it lightly to let the dough deflate.
  • Divide the dough into balls of approximately 100 grams each.
  • With a rolling pin, flatten each ball into a round shape, about half cm thick. Let them sit for 40 minutes to rise.
  • Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Preheat the oven to 230 C (355 F). Place the baking sheet low in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until they rise and acquire a nice golden color.
