Preparing the Cake Batter

Start by combining the eggs, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. Sift the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into the bowl. Stir everything together until you have a smooth and luscious chocolate batter. To enhance the richness, add whole milk and mix until well combined.

Cooking the Cake

Divide the cake batter into three equal portions. Grease a pot and line it with parchment paper for easy removal. Pour the first portion of the batter into the pot, ensuring it spreads evenly. Cover the pot with its lid and place it over very low heat. Allow the cake to cook for approximately 10 minutes. Repeat this step for the remaining two portions of the batter. The gentle heat will gradually transform the batter into a moist and fluffy chocolate cake.

Preparing the Chocolate Filling

While the cake is cooling, it’s time to prepare the luscious chocolate filling. In a bowl, beat the plant-based cream until it reaches a whipped cream consistency. Add cocoa powder to infuse the filling with a rich chocolate flavor. Incorporate the hazelnut praline, which adds a delightful nutty taste to the filling. Continue beating until all the ingredients are well combined, resulting in a velvety and indulgent chocolate filling.

Assembling the Chocolate Cake

Now that the cake and filling are ready, it’s time to bring them together. Place the first layer of the cake at the bottom of your serving plate or cake stand. Spread a generous amount of the chocolate filling on top using a spatula, ensuring an even layer of creamy goodness. Gently place the second layer of cake on top of the filling, and repeat the process of adding more chocolate filling. Finally, crown the cake with the third layer, and generously coat the entire cake with the remaining chocolate filling, using the spatula to create a smooth and decadent finish.

Finishing Touches of the Chocolate Cake

To elevate the visual appeal and add a touch of whimsy, cover the cake with a shower of chocolate sprinkles. Let your creativity guide you as you decorate the top and sides of the cake with these delightful edible confetti. Once decorated, refrigerate the cake for a few minutes to set and firm up. This will ensure that each slice of the no oven chocolate cake maintains its shape and delivers a heavenly experience with every bite.
