  • 450 g Phyllo Dough

  • 5 Eggs

  • 400 g Yogurt

  • 250 g Club Soda

  • 500 g Feta Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Seed oil to brush the dough

Recipe directions

  • Roll 5 phyllo dough sheets, cut them into pieces and separate the sheets.
  • Transfer the sheets to a baking dish. Bake to 160 C (320 F) for 5 minutes.
  • For the Filling
  • In a bowl add the eggs and beat them with a whisk.
  • Add the yogurt and mix. Add the club soda and mix.
  • Add the feta cheese, season with salt and pepper, and stir.
  • To Assemble
  • Brush the baking dish with seed oil.
  • Layer the baking dish with 5 phyllo sheets.
  • Sprinkle seed oil between the sheets each time.
  • Transfer the baked phyllo in the baking dish.
  • Pour the filling over the phyllo.
  • Cover with 2 more phyllo and seal the edges. Brush the dough with seed oil.
  • Spray some water on the dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 160 C (320 F) and bake for 50 minutes.
