These Vegan Chocolate Orange Cookies are soft, aromatic, and covered with a rich layer of melted dark chocolate. Fresh orange juice, cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a small amount of brandy give them a deep, festive flavor, while vegetable margarine and corn oil keep the texture tender without using eggs, milk, or butter.
