Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs

  • 300 g Whole Milk

  • 150 g Seed Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 1 tsp Vinegar

  • 350 g Self Raising Flour

  • 400 g Feta Cheese

  • 40 g Butter

Equipment

  • Baking SheetBaking Sheet 10×14 in (25×35 cm)

Recipe directions

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add the milk, seed oil, salt, pepper, paprika and mix well.
  • Add the flour, vinegar and mix.
  • Add half of the feta cheese and mix well.
  • Grease the baking sheet with seed oil, pour the mixture into the baking sheet and spread it evenly.
  • Add the remaining feta cheese on top.
  • Cut the butter in small pieces and add it on top.
  • Preheat the oven to 355 F (180 C) and bake for 40 minutes.
