  • 2 2 Puff pastry sheets

  • 250 g 8.8 oz Raisins

  • 20 g 0.7 oz Cinnamon powder

  • 3 3 Egg yolks

  • 3 3 Egg whites

  • 100 g 3.5 oz Brown sugar

  • 50 g 1.8 oz Butter, melted

  • 40 g 1.4 oz All purpose flour

  • 2 2 Vanillins

Homemade Cinnamon Rolls Recipe directions

  • In a bowl add the egg yolks, brown sugar and mix well.
  • Add the melted butter, vanillins, cinnamon powder, flour and mix well.
  • Lay one puff pastry sheet and spread half of the mixture evenly.
  • Spread half of the raisins evenly.
  • Carefully roll in the pastry sheet.
  • Put it in the freezer for a few minutes.
  • Repeat steps 3 to 6 for the second puff pastry sheet.
  • Cut the two edges of each roll.
  • Cut into equal rolls using a thin string.
  • Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Press the rolls a bit using your hand.

  • In a bowl add the egg whites, a pinch of salt and mix well.
