Why This Vegan Apple Cake Turns Out So Fluffy

The reaction between orange juice and baking soda helps the cake rise naturally without eggs. Combined with vegetable oil, it creates a tender crumb that stays moist for days.

The Perfect Flavor Combination

Apples and cinnamon are a classic pairing, while chocolate adds richness and balance. As the cake bakes, the apples soften and release juices that enhance both texture and aroma.

Ideal for Fasting & Everyday Desserts

This recipe is perfect for:

  • Greek fasting periods
  • Vegan diets
  • Quick homemade desserts
  • Coffee or tea time treats

Because it requires no mixer, it’s beginner-friendly and quick to prepare.
