Ingredients

  • For the Cake
  • 3 3 Eggs

  • 200 g 1 cup Sugar

  • 150 g 2/3 cup Milk

  • 2 2 Vanillin Capsules

  • 1 pinch 1 pinch Salt

  • 100 g 7 tbsp Butter

  • 300 g 2 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour

  • 14 g 1 tbsp Baking Powder

  • For the Chocolate Mixture
  • 30 g 2 tbsp Milk

  • 10 g 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

How to make the Cake

  • In a mixer bowl, beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until fluffy.
  • Add the milk, salt, and vanilla. Beat for 1 minute.
  • Add the softened butter and continue mixing.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet mixture, beating on low for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  • In another bowl, mix 30 g milk with a small portion of the batter. Add the cocoa powder and stir until combined.
  • Grease and flour a round cake pan that fits inside your air fryer.
  • Pour in half the vanilla batter, then the chocolate mixture, and finish with the remaining vanilla batter. Swirl lightly with a knife if you want a marbled effect.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 5 minutes.
  • Place the cake pan inside and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 35 minutes.
  • Let cool for 5–10 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve and enjoy!
