Remove the pot from heat and transfer the milk mixture to a bowl. Allow it to cool for a moment before placing it in the freezer for 20 minutes. In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Gradually add the cooled milk mixture while continuing to beat. Recipe directions

  • Making the Ice Cream Base
  • Put a bit pot over medium heat, add the whole milk and wait until warm.
  • Add the sugar and stir.
  • Dissolve corn starch in some milk. Bring milk to a boil and add the corn starch into the pot.
    Cook for 10 more minutes until it thickens.
  • Remove the pot from heat and transfer the milk mixture into a bowl.
    Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add the heavy cream and beat until whipped cream.
  • Gradually add the milk mixture while beating.
  • Cover the bowl with cling film and freeze it for 2 hours.
  • For the Strawberry Ice Cream flavor
  • In a bowl add 1/3 of the ice cream base, the strawberry syrup and stir.
  • Add strawberry flavor, red pastry color and mix.
  • Transfer the mixture in a bowl and freeze it for at least 8 hours.
  • For the Banana Ice Cream flavor
  • In a bowl add 1/3 of the ice cream base, banana flavor, yellow pastry color and mix.
  • Transfer the mixture in a bowl and freeze it for at least 8 hours.
  • For the Pistachio Ice Cream flavor
  • In a bowl add 1/3 of the ice cream base, ground pistachio and mix.
  • Add pistachio flavor, green pastry color and mix.
  • Transfer the mixture in a bowl, add raw pistachio and stir.
  • Add some more pistachios on top and freeze for at least 8 hours.
