Ingredients

  • 16 g 1/8 cup Dry yeast

  • 200 g 5/6 cup Whole Milk

  • 120 g 4/7 cup Olive oil

  • 2 2 Eggs

  • 500 g 4 cup All purpose flour

  • 400 g 14 oz Soft Cheese

  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp 1 tsp Paprika

  • Pepper

Recipe directions

  • In a big bowl add yeast, milk, olive oil and mix.
  • Add flour, eggs and mix.
  • Add the cheese, salt, paprika, pepper and mix.
  • Set aside for 15 minutes.
  • Form the dough into small balls of 1.4 oz (40 g) each.
    Place the cheese balls into a pan with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 355 F (180 C) for 30 minutes.
