🍕 Why Choose No-Yeast Pizza Dough?

This pizza dough without yeast is the ultimate time-saver for busy days when you want homemade pizza without waiting hours for the dough to rise. Thanks to baking powder and soda water, the dough becomes airy and soft, while still maintaining a slightly crisp texture once baked. It’s a fantastic alternative to traditional pizza dough, especially when you need dinner on the table fast.

    🧀 Topping Variations

The beauty of homemade pizza is its endless variety. While this recipe uses cheese, ham, bacon, and fresh tomato, you can easily switch it up. Add vegetables like mushrooms, bell peppers, or spinach for a lighter option. For a Mediterranean twist, try olives, feta, and oregano. Or keep it classic with pepperoni and extra mozzarella. With two large pizzas from one batch, you can make each one different to suit everyone’s tastes.

🔥 Baking Tips for the Perfect Crust

For best results, bake your pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F). If you prefer a crispier crust, you can bake the dough alone for 5–7 minutes before adding the sauce and toppings. This extra step ensures the bottom stays firm while the top remains soft and cheesy.
