Ingredients

  • 300 g 10.6 oz Water

  • 20 g 0.7 oz Sugar

  • 20 g 0.7 oz Olive Oil

  • 8 g 0.3 oz Dry Yeast

  • 550 g 19.4 oz All-Purpose Flour

  • 10 g 0.4 oz Salt

  • Sesame Seeds (optional)

How to make Air Fryer Bread

  • In a bowl, add the water, sugar, olive oil, yeast, flour, and salt. Mix and knead by hand or in a mixer.
  • Cover the dough and set it aside for one hour to rise.
  • Transfer the dough to a floured surface, knead lightly, and shape it into a loaf.
  • Place the loaf in the air fryer basket, cover with a towel, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Spray the bread with a little water and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Score the surface of the loaf.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (355°F) and bake for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, flip the bread and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.
