Ingredients

  • 600 g 21 oz Hazelnut Praline

  • 1000 ml 34 fl oz Plant based cream

  • 450 g 16 oz Miranda biscuits

Recipe directions

  • In a bowl mix the hazelnut praline with 3 fl oz (100 ml) cream.
  • Add the rest of the cream (31 fl oz – 900 ml) in the mixer’s bowl and beat it until whipped cream.
  • Add the mixture of praline and cream into the whipped cream and mix.
  • In a pan (14×9 inches – 35×23 cm) add a layer of the biscuits.
  • Add the cream and spread it on the pan.
  • Add a layer of biscuits on top.
  • Cover with cling film and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  • Cut the ice cream into desired portions.
