Ingredients

  • 150 g 150 Cheddar Cheese, grated

  • 150 g 150 Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • 200 g 200 Feta Cheese, crumbled

  • 300 g 300 All-Purpose Flour

  • 130 g 130 Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil

  • 180 g 180 Water

  • 2 tbsp 2 Vinegar

  • 1 tsp 1 Baking Powder

  • Salt, Pepper, Dried Thyme to taste

How to make the Cheese Bites

  • In a large bowl, add cheddar, parmesan, vinegar, water, oil, flour, and baking powder.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix, then knead for 2–3 minutes until the dough is smooth and not sticky.
  • Add the crumbled feta and knead lightly so it doesn’t melt into the dough.
  • Shape the dough into balls (about 40 g / 1.5 oz each).
  • Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F), bottom heating, for about 30 minutes until golden.
  • Serve warm.
