Ingredients
600 g Sugar
150 g Water
300 g Butter
330 ml Heavy cream 35% (at room temperature)
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 pinch Salt
Recipe directions
- Place a big pot on heat. Add the sugar and water. Mix until brown.
- Add the butter and mix.
- Pour the cream in small portions while mixing and turn off the heat.
- Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix.
- Store the caramel sause in the jars.
