  • 400 g Almond Flour

  • 350 g Icing Sugar

  • 200 g Egg Whites

  • 200 g Sliced Almonds

  • Jam of your choice

Recipe directions

  • In a bowl, add the egg whites and beat them well with a mixer.
  • Gradually add half of the powdered sugar while continuing to beat.
  • Sift the remaining powdered sugar and almond flour into the bowl gradually, stirring with a spatula.
  • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and shape the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Dip your finger in water and smooth out the cookies.
  • Sprinkle the cookie dough with sliced almonds.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 C (355 F) and bake the cookies for 15 minutes. After baking, let the cookies cool well.
  • Spread a little jam on a cookie. Cover it with another cookie.
