Crafting the Perfect Yogurt Dough for Mini Pies

Mixing the Magic: Yogurt Dough Preparation

The foundation of these delightful mini pies lies in the yogurt-infused dough. To get started, gather these key ingredients: all-purpose flour, dry yeast, salt, sugar, seed oil, fresh lukewarm milk, yogurt, a whole egg, and an egg yolk. Follow these steps to create the perfect dough:

  2. Gradually incorporate all-purpose flour into the mixture while continuously stirring.
  3. Knead the dough until it reaches a smooth and elastic consistency.
  4. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover it with a towel, and allow it to rest for 30 minutes, letting it rise to perfection.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions, rolling each piece into a thin stick-like shape and letting them rest momentarily.

Crafting the Base: Assembling the Mini Pie Dough

  1. Flatten each dough stick by gently pressing it with your hand, creating the perfect base for your mini pies.
  2. Assemble the mini pies by adding a generous amount of the cheese, ham, and bacon filling onto the dough.
